DAS provided General Contractor services for the renovation of the Worcester Public Library in Worcester, MA.

The project consisted of renovations to the first floor and portions of the third floor of the existing building, an addition to enclose an existing exterior arcade along Salem Street, incorporating a new entry from Franklin Street, waterproofing and repaving the south entry plaza, relocating, renovating and rebuilding the children’s library from the first level to the third level, and rebuilding program areas on the first level.
