DAS provided CM at Risk upgrades and renovations to the basement and first floor of this chapel on the Williams College campus. 

The scope included replacement of the Air Handling Unit, upgrading and relocating the  electrical service, replacing electrical panels and equipment, reconstructing the masonry wall and footing, and removal a bathroom. A new accessible public toilet room was constructed, featuring a composite concrete/metal deck floor and accessible entry.
