DAS provided General Contractor services for the renovation of this existing laboratory building on the UMass Amherst campus in Amherst, MA.

 

The project consisted of a Laboratory and Office Fit-Out. Located on the sixth floor of the Life Sciences Laboratory Building on the UMass Amherst campus, the project focused on renovating and creating new functional building areas including laboratory space, laboratory support space, common corridors, lounge/kitchenette, tenant offices, and mechanical/electrical utility areas housing building equipment. The tenant fit-out space included non-public-access office, laboratory, and support spaces.
