Ava has been with D.A. Sullivan since 2025. As Project Engineer, Ava's attention to detail and strong communication skills allow her to implement and coordinate efficient processes throughout the course of a project.
Ava brings a unique background to the team, having served as Project Manager for the 2025 UMass Graduate Design-Build program. In this advanced course, Ava and her team formulated and executed comprehensive plans to build an innovative & affordable home for an under-served family in Western Massachusetts.
In her personal time, Ava enjoys spending time with her family, horseback riding, cooking & drawing/painting.
