DAS provided Construction Management at Risk services for the new construction of a Head Start Daycare center on behalf of the MGM Springfield Casino in Springfield, MA. It is a new 10,000 square foot, state-of-the-art facility located on Union Street, just blocks from the MGM Springfield casino.

The new Head Start facility is a "dream come true" for director Janis Santos. The state-of-the-art building includes geothermal wells, photo-voltaic panels, and achieved LEED Platinum certification. The building will further Head Start's commitment to educate children, support families, and build a healthy community for generations to come.
