DAS provided Construction Management services for this addition and renovation to an existing nursing home in Longmeadow, MA. This project received LEED Silver certification.

 

The new home for short-term rehabilitation contains two households, each designed to accommodate 12 residents. The first GREEN HOUSE® certified facility in western Massachusetts, the Sosin Center for Rehabilitation provides Physical, Occupational, and Speech short-term rehabilitation in a warm, personal setting that's designed to feel like home, cared for by a team focused on helping each resident direct his or her own care. All skilled short-term rehabilitation therapies are provided in partnership with HealthPRO® Rehabilitation.
