Holyoke Public Library
Holyoke Public Library - 2013

DAS provided Owner's Project Management services for improvements to the Holyoke Public Library, representing the City's interests throughout the planning, design, and construction process. The project focused on enhancing public spaces, improving accessibility, upgrading building systems, and supporting the evolving needs of library patrons and staff. Renovations were designed to create more flexible environments for learning, research, technology access, community programming, and public engagement while respecting the architectural character of the facility.

As OPM, DAS provided oversight of project scope, budget, schedule, design coordination, and construction activities, helping guide the successful delivery of improvements that strengthened the library's ability to serve the Holyoke community. Working closely with the City, design team, and project stakeholders, DAS helped ensure that project objectives were achieved while maintaining focus on quality, cost control, and long-term value.

Through thoughtful planning and implementation, the project achieved LEED Silver certification, reflecting the City's commitment to energy efficiency, environmental responsibility, and sustainable public infrastructure.
