DAS provided General Contracting services for the renovation of the Harriman & West Airport administration building in North Adams, MA.

 

The project included the renovation of an existing 5,340 square foot, wood-framed building that was relocated approximately 580 feet south, and placed on a new foundation adjacent to the airport's north fence line. The building also had 1,675 square feet of second floor space that was finished under the project. Other work included improvements to soil, utilities, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, and temporary traffic controls to maintain site access.
