DAS provided Owner's Project Management services for the new construction of the Hadley Public Library in Hadley, MA.

 

The project consisted of the construction of a new one-story, slab-on-grade, steel-framed building, with steel-framed sloping roofs, concrete frost walls and footings, connections to and extensions of utilities in both the street and on-site, new paved parking lot and drives, lawns, landscaping, architectural elements, and associated sitework. The project was also built on the same site as the Hadley Senior Center building, which was under construction during the construction of this project. The two projects also share parking, entry and access points from the street.
