DAS provided Owner's Project Management services for the new Hadley Public Library, representing the Town's interests throughout planning, design, and construction of a modern community library facility. The project was developed to provide expanded library services, improved accessibility, and flexible public spaces capable of supporting the evolving needs of Hadley residents.

The project consisted of the construction of a new one-story, steel-framed library building with associated site improvements, utility extensions, parking areas, landscaping, and public access infrastructure. The library was constructed on a site shared with the Hadley Senior Center, requiring significant coordination between multiple projects and stakeholders to maintain access, circulation, and overall site functionality throughout construction.

As Owner's Project Manager, DAS provided oversight of project budgeting, scheduling, procurement, design coordination, and construction activities.
