DAS served as General Contractor for the construction of the new Greenfield Public Library. The project replaced the library's former home and provided the City of Greenfield with a state-of-the-art public resource in the heart of downtown. The new facility opened in 2023 and was later awarded LEED Silver certification in recognition of its sustainable design and construction.

The project included construction of a new 24,000-square-foot library featuring expanded collections areas, community meeting spaces, technology resources, study areas, children's programming spaces, and flexible gathering areas designed to support a wide range of educational and cultural activities. The building was carefully planned to provide improved accessibility, energy efficiency, and long-term operational performance while creating a welcoming environment for patrons of all ages.

As General Contractor, DAS coordinated all phases of construction, working closely with the City of Greenfield, the design team, and project stakeholders to successfully deliver one of the region's most significant recent public library projects.
