DAS provided Construction Management services for the renovation of one of multiple mill buildings located on Ferry Street in Easthampton, MA.

 

The project consisted of rehabilitating the building closest to the street, referred to as Building 1, to include office spaces and loft-style apartments. The work also included razing the four-story structure adjacent to Building 1, referred to as Building 3.​
