DAS provided General Contractor services for this project in Amherst, MA.

The project consisted of the renovation of an existing Laboratory space to include a new small animal barrier facility. It involved interior demolition, structural systems installation, a new rooftop structure, and installation of electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems. DAS was selected for this project through a competitive process. DAS provided all management, field supervision, and self-performed all aspects of rough and finish carpentry.
