DAS provided General Contracting services for this historical restoration project in Shelburne, MA. The project included interior improvements such as removing and replacing the existing windows at the Main Stack area and the Langford Room, plaster repairs and restoration, and the painting of walls and ceilings. The project also included new and modified interior millwork, selective lighting fixture replacements, new flooring on the lower level, and some plumbing and HVAC upgrades.

DAS also received an award from Preservation Massachusetts for the historic preservation work that was completed during the course of the project.
