DAS provided Construction Management at Risk services for the renovation of an existing church building into a Kringle Candle retail store in Springfield, MA. In partnership with the new MGM Springfield Casino, the 129-year-old First Spiritualist Church, built as the first French Protestant church in Springfield, was relocated 200 yards through the MGM construction site to a pad where it now sits on Union Street. 

This beautiful building was renovated with an eye towards historic preservation, and is also being considered for LEED Gold certification.
