DAS provided Construction Management services for this addition and renovation to an existing nursing home in Longmeadow, MA. This project will be reviewed for LEED Silver certification.

 

The new home for short-term rehabilitation contains two households, each designed to accommodate 12 residents. The first GREEN HOUSE® certified facility in western Massachusetts, the Sosin Center for Rehabilitation provides Physical, Occupational, and Speech short-term rehabilitation in a warm, personal setting that's designed to feel like home, cared for by a team focused on helping each resident direct his or her own care. All skilled short-term rehabilitation therapies are provided in partnership with HealthPRO® Rehabilitation.
