DAS provided Construction Management services for the renovation of Building #5 - one of multiple mill buildings located on Ferry Street in Easthampton, MA.

 

The project consisted of a complete renovation to the existing building into 41 residential units, ranging from 330-925 sq. ft. and boasting features such as 12 ft. ceilings, oversized windows, and open concept living with spacious kitchen and living areas. This building also features a covered parking garage and a fitness center.
