D.A. Sullivan & Sons provided General Contracting services for the renovation of the former Chicopee Public Library, transforming the historic building into The Hub at Market Square, a multi-use community center, business incubator, and event space.

The project included repairs to the building's exterior envelope and renovations throughout the interior to support its new use. Improvements modernized the facility while preserving the character of the historic structure, creating flexible spaces for community programming, meetings, events, and business development activities.

The completed project provides the City of Chicopee with a renewed community asset that supports engagement, education, entrepreneurship, and economic development in the heart of downtown.
