EISNER CAMP MANOR HOUSE

The Manor House is an integral part of the year-round Eisner Camp Retreat and Conference Center. It continues to be a great place for synagogue retreats and meetings.
D.A. Sullivan & Sons, Inc. oversaw the exterior restoration of the building which included repairing roofs, rebuilding chimneys, and repairing the concrete façade.

Bowditch Greenhouse, University of Massachusetts, Amherst, MA
Role: General Contractor

D.A. Sullivan and Sons, Inc. is constructing a new 6,000-square foot laboratory building and a 10,000-square foot greenhouse for this $8.2M project. The work involves demolishing several existing structures on the greenhouse site and completing all site preparation construction, including utility relocation and connection to existing campus utilities.

The Bowditch Greenhouse is now complete has been up and running since September.

 


Northampton Survival Center, Northampton, MA
Role: Construction Manager at Risk

For this $795,000 project, D.A. Sullivan and Sons, Inc. is responsible for the demolition of the existing Survival Center and the construction of a new emergency food pantry and referral service center.

The Northampton Survival Center project is now complete, the Owner moved in and the new facility has been up and running since April.
