D.A. Sullivan & Sons, Inc. was the construction manager at risk for this $3.6 million dollar project. The project
involved the construction of four new modular housing units, eight new tennis courts, and the related site work
for both projects. The scope of the work included the removal of the existing tennis courts, demolition of the
existing maintenance shed and yard area, clearning of the site and regarding of the topography, and the site
preparation for the new structures.
The new modular housing units consist of two one-family homes and two two-family homes. The units were
placed atop the foundations, and some finishing work on both the interior and exterior of the homes was
required once the units were in place. The homes are heated by geo-thermal wells.
The scope of the work also included minor work within and around the two existing Doubleday buildings
located along Pine Nook Road.
