DAS provided General Contractor services for the renovation of the existing historical city hall building in Chicopee, MA.

Chicopee City Hall is a State and National Register-listed historic building that is situated at Market Square in the center of Chicopee. It consists of the Main Building, Connector, and Annex. The Building was built in two time periods; the Main Building in 1871, and the Annex and Bridge were added in 1929.

 

The project consisted of the rehabilitation of the Auditorium, HVAC Controls, and exterior work of the Main Building and Annex, as well as renovation to the existing clock tower and numerous stained glass windows throughout.
